Conduct scientific research to improve state of the art in solar and renewable energy technologies from technical, economic and environmental stand points.
Create a body of work that will be useful for scientists, researchers, businesspeople, decision makers and people in general.
Create products and services that will enhance the human experience.
Philosophy/Rationale
Ideas exist on their own and hence they are observed and not created. We must allow the creative ideas to come forth into our conscience and then we must communicate those ideas with others to understand whether they are of value to humanity or not. Thus, I must present ideas that I find intriguing and of help to other people.
I believe in the value of adopting concepts from the schools of analytical and stoic philosophies. Moreover, I have the openness to allow foreign and undesirable ideas take place in the conversation and to be taken into consideration.
Commitment
To work as much as I could to perform research projects, publish research articles and textbooks, write post-publication peer reviews and perform pre-publication peer reviews.
To contribute to the national and international dialogues that aim to achieve peace and prosperity by joining science and engineering organizations, attending conferences and seminars, and producing meaningful work to enrich the conversation.
To help bridge the gap between the academic institute and the public. Also, to bridge the gap between academia and the industry.
